Why corrections take time
Corrective color is rarely a single-session service. Depending on your hair's history and integrity, we may need to work in stages to lift, neutralize, and rebuild tone without compromising hair health. That's why I charge by the hour plus color cost, and why every correction begins with a consultation.
What I assess first
- Your hair's current integrity and elasticity.
- Previous color and chemical history (including box dye).
- The underlying pigment we're working with.
- Your end goal and realistic timeline.
